These journals require an issue number to uniquely identify a paper by its journal reference. When curating HEP records, include the issue number in the 773__n subfield when available. Do this for all journals, including those not listed here.

When curating citations of the journals in the list below, include the issue number between the volume and page numbers (e.g. 999C5s:Electron.J.Theor.Phys.,12,31,1). Currently these references will not be recognized as citations in INSPIRE, but including this information will make the eventual transition to a new data model easier.
