The front page of RT is customizable. Click the ‘Edit’ link in the upper right corner of the page to change what menus are displayed.

Choose the menu(s) you want displayed in either the main body or sidebar and then click the arrow pointing to the right. This will add the chosen menu to your RT home page.

Click ‘Home’ at the top left of the page to go back to the home page.

To remove menus from the home page, highlight them in the right hand textbox and click ‘Delete’.

You can also edit some of the menus on the home page. To change what queues are displayed in the Quick search menu, click the ‘Edit’ link above the menu.

Add and delete queues to be displayed by checking and unchecking the boxes, and then click ‘Save’ in the bottom left of the page.

If you want the home page to automatically refresh on a regular basis, make sure one of the menus on your home page is the Refresh menu. Choose one of the times in the drop down menu and click ‘Go’.
